Healthy Oat & Fruit Bars

These no-fuss bars are the ultimate grab-and-go snack. Loaded with wholesome ingredients, they provide sustained energy for active little ones.

Ingredients

  • 250g rolled oats
  • 3 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
  • 150g dried fruit mix (apricots, mango, cranberries)
  • 50g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)
  • 60g coconut flakes
  • 80g raisins
  • 80g butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 60ml honey
  • 190ml cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with greased paper
  2. Dissolve BebeLait powder in the cold water
  3. Melt butter, sugar, and honey in a saucepan
  4. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
  5. Pour the butter mixture and BebeLait liquid over the dry ingredients and mix well
  6. Press firmly into the baking tray with a spatula
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown
  8. Cool completely before cutting into bars

Tips

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. These bars are also great for freezing — simply thaw at room temperature when needed.
