Healthy Oat & Fruit Bars
These no-fuss bars are the ultimate grab-and-go snack. Loaded with wholesome ingredients, they provide sustained energy for active little ones.
Ingredients
- 250g rolled oats
- 3 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
- 150g dried fruit mix (apricots, mango, cranberries)
- 50g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)
- 60g coconut flakes
- 80g raisins
- 80g butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 60ml honey
- 190ml cold water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with greased paper
- Dissolve BebeLait powder in the cold water
- Melt butter, sugar, and honey in a saucepan
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour the butter mixture and BebeLait liquid over the dry ingredients and mix well
- Press firmly into the baking tray with a spatula
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown
- Cool completely before cutting into bars
Tips
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. These bars are also great for freezing — simply thaw at room temperature when needed.
