Peach Fruit Jellies
These vibrant peach jellies are a hit at kids' parties and a perfect after-dinner treat. They look beautiful served in small clear cups.
Ingredients
- 1 can (400g) peach slices in syrup
- 2 tablespoons gelatine powder
- ½ cup hot water
- 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
- Fresh fruit for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Drain the peach slices, reserving the syrup
- Dissolve gelatine in hot water and stir until completely clear
- Mix BebeLait powder into the reserved peach syrup
- Combine the gelatine mixture with the syrup mixture
- Chop the peach slices and divide among small cups or molds
- Pour the liquid mixture over the peach pieces
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until fully set
Tips
Use fun silicone molds in different shapes for extra appeal. You can also try this with other canned fruits like mangoes or mixed fruit cocktail.
