Peach Fruit Jellies

These vibrant peach jellies are a hit at kids' parties and a perfect after-dinner treat. They look beautiful served in small clear cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400g) peach slices in syrup
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine powder
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
  • Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the peach slices, reserving the syrup
  2. Dissolve gelatine in hot water and stir until completely clear
  3. Mix BebeLait powder into the reserved peach syrup
  4. Combine the gelatine mixture with the syrup mixture
  5. Chop the peach slices and divide among small cups or molds
  6. Pour the liquid mixture over the peach pieces
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until fully set

Tips

Use fun silicone molds in different shapes for extra appeal. You can also try this with other canned fruits like mangoes or mixed fruit cocktail.
