Creamy Macaroni & Cheese
This classic mac and cheese is a staple in any family kitchen. The BebeLait powder dissolves seamlessly into the cheese sauce, adding nutrition without changing the beloved flavor.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (100g) macaroni pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons extra grated cheese for topping
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain thoroughly
- Melt butter in a saucepan, remove from heat, and stir in flour
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly
- Return to medium heat, keep stirring until the sauce boils, then simmer 2-3 minutes
- Stir in BebeLait powder and cheese until melted and smooth
- Combine sauce with the cooked macaroni
- Pour into a greased oven-safe dish
- Top with breadcrumbs and extra cheese
- Bake at 200°C for 5-10 minutes until golden and bubbling
Tips
