Creamy Mashed Potatoes

These incredibly smooth and creamy mashed potatoes are the ultimate comfort side dish. A secret addition of BebeLait makes them even more nutritious for growing children.

Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 200g sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and sweet potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes
  2. Drain well and return to the pot
  3. Add butter and mash until smooth
  4. Warm the cream slightly and dissolve BebeLait powder in it
  5. Gradually add the cream mixture, mashing and stirring to desired consistency
  6. Season with salt and white pepper
  7. Serve with a pat of butter and chives on top

Tips

For extra-smooth results, use a potato ricer instead of a masher. The sweet potato adds a naturally sweet flavor that children love and provides additional vitamins.
