Banana Oat Pancakes

These simple three-ingredient pancakes are naturally sweet from the bananas and incredibly filling from the oats. A perfect way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking
  • Honey and fresh fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. Blend oats in a food processor until they resemble flour
  2. Add mashed bananas, eggs, BebeLait powder, and cinnamon
  3. Blend until a smooth batter forms
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a small pat of butter
  5. Pour small rounds of batter and cook until bubbles form on the surface
  6. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes
  7. Serve stacked with honey and fresh fruit

Tips

The riper the banana, the sweeter the pancakes. Add a handful of blueberries to the batter for a fruity twist. Leftover pancakes can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
