Banana Oat Pancakes
These simple three-ingredient pancakes are naturally sweet from the bananas and incredibly filling from the oats. A perfect way to start the day.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
- Honey and fresh fruit for serving
Instructions
- Blend oats in a food processor until they resemble flour
- Add mashed bananas, eggs, BebeLait powder, and cinnamon
- Blend until a smooth batter forms
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a small pat of butter
- Pour small rounds of batter and cook until bubbles form on the surface
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes
- Serve stacked with honey and fresh fruit
Tips
The riper the banana, the sweeter the pancakes. Add a handful of blueberries to the batter for a fruity twist. Leftover pancakes can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
