Chocolate Bread Pudding

This rich and comforting pudding turns day-old bread into a decadent treat. The addition of BebeLait adds essential nutrients without compromising taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of day-old bread, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
  • 50g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish
  2. Warm the milk and dissolve BebeLait powder and chocolate in it
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar, then combine with the chocolate milk
  4. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon
  5. Place bread cubes in the dish and pour the mixture over them
  6. Let it soak for 10 minutes
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden on top

Tips

Serve warm with a drizzle of cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Brioche or croissants work even better than regular bread for an extra-rich version.
