Chocolate Bread Pudding
This rich and comforting pudding turns day-old bread into a decadent treat. The addition of BebeLait adds essential nutrients without compromising taste.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of day-old bread, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Vanilla
- 50g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish
- Warm the milk and dissolve BebeLait powder and chocolate in it
- Whisk eggs and sugar, then combine with the chocolate milk
- Add vanilla extract and cinnamon
- Place bread cubes in the dish and pour the mixture over them
- Let it soak for 10 minutes
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden on top
Tips
Serve warm with a drizzle of cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Brioche or croissants work even better than regular bread for an extra-rich version.
