Brioche & Chocolate Cream Sandwich

This indulgent yet nutritious sandwich transforms a simple snack into something special. The soft brioche pairs beautifully with the homemade chocolate cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brioche bread
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Chocolate
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water
  2. Stir in the cream and BebeLait powder until smooth
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly until spreadable
  4. Spread generously onto the brioche slices
  5. Sandwich together and cut diagonally

Tips

Add sliced strawberries or banana between the layers for extra fruit goodness. This works wonderfully as a lunchbox treat too.
