Brioche & Chocolate Cream Sandwich
This indulgent yet nutritious sandwich transforms a simple snack into something special. The soft brioche pairs beautifully with the homemade chocolate cream.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of brioche bread
- 50g dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Chocolate
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water
- Stir in the cream and BebeLait powder until smooth
- Let the mixture cool slightly until spreadable
- Spread generously onto the brioche slices
- Sandwich together and cut diagonally
Tips
Add sliced strawberries or banana between the layers for extra fruit goodness. This works wonderfully as a lunchbox treat too.
