BebeLait Chocolate Spread

Forget store-bought spreads — this homemade version is richer, tastier, and packed with nutrition. Make a batch on the weekend and enjoy it all week long.

Ingredients

  • 100g hazelnuts, toasted
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 50g milk chocolate, melted
  • 3 scoops BebeLait PediaGain Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend toasted hazelnuts in a food processor until they form a smooth paste (about 5 minutes)
  2. Add melted dark and milk chocolate and blend again
  3. Add BebeLait powder, sugar, oil, and salt
  4. Process until completely smooth and glossy
  5. Transfer to a clean jar and let it cool
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks

Tips

Bring to room temperature before spreading for the best consistency. Great on toast, pancakes, waffles, or as a fruit dip with apple and banana slices.
